We are now accepting nominations for the 2027 Board of Directors. This form may be used to nominate yourself or a fellow member.

Serving on the Board of Directors is an opportunity to guide the direction of our organization, represent your peers, and make a meaningful impact on the future of our local real estate community. We encourage thoughtful nominations that reflect leadership, commitment, and service.

Available Positions:

• Vice President (1 seat): 1-year term, followed by automatic progression to President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President (4-year commitment total)

• Treasurer (1 seat): 1-year term

• Director (3 seats): 3-year term

Eligibility Requirements:

• Vice President: Must be a Primary member of NCCBOR for at least 5 years and must have served as a Board Member or Committee Chairperson for at least 2 years.

• Treasurer: Must be a Primary member of NCCBOR for at least 2 years.

• Director: Must be a Primary member of NCCBOR for at least 2 years.
